Living with depression is one of the hardest challenges. From feeling sad or down to a lack of energy, motivation, and interest in things that used to bring joy. Depression can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming, and it can be challenging to find the motivation to get out of bed and face the day. If you're struggling with depression, know that you're not alone, and there are ways to manage and overcome it.

I've worked with many clients who have experienced the pain of hopelessness, the weight of fatigue, and the frustration of feeling stuck. One of the most important things to know is that depression is not a sign of weakness, and it's not something that you can just "snap out of." It's a real illness that requires treatment, support, and self-compassion.

We'll explore how depression is affecting your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and work towards goals that align with your values. Through vulnerability and hardwork you will be able to change your relationship yourself and the world around you.
